Teacher's Biography:
Welcome to my Stamford drum lessons drum teacher profile. I am a drum teacher with over 40 years experience as a drummer.
I love drumming and am passionate about sharing my experience with students who want to become the best drummer they can.
As well as teaching the techniques and vocabulary of drumming, I make sure my students develop the skills to be confident performers so they can enjoy playing in bands.
I teach drums to all ages and abilities from age 8 upwards, from school children to busy adults juggling work and parenthood but still want to enjoy the buzz of playing music.
I teach the fundamental techniques, such as rudiments, but deliver it in a fun way to keep students engaged.
For those that want to take drum exams I use the Rockschool syllabus.
The key is to have fun learning in a great drum teaching studio, with quality drum kits to play on.
