This is a really fun beat called paradiddle mania. It combines common drum rudiments such as the double paradiddle, standard paradiddle and an inverted paradiddlediddle. What a mouthful!
If you aren’t too hot with your rudiments you might like the lesson that demonstrates the 26 essential rudiments.
If you already know those three rudiments then the paradiddle mania drum beat is just a case of stringing them together to create a flowing pattern. Then we add a few bass drums and you will sound like a very funky mofo!
