Welcome to the paradiddle inversion independence challenge course. Here we will learn a series of paradiddle inversion exercises with foot ostinatos.
An ostinato is simply a repeating pattern and we develop three foot ostinatos ranging from easier to really hard. But you can work your way up slowly.
Over the top of this ostinato we will learn to play a range of paradiddles and inversions so your hands become very free. But this isn’t just an exercise. These actually work as really cool drum grooves that you can use in a song or even a drum solo.
