Welcome to my Hamilton drum lessons drum teacher profile. I’m Chris Lamont, a Hamilton-based Drummer with over 30 years experience as a session musician, live musician and drum teacher for all ages. You can find more about me at www.ChrisLamontDrums.com.
My drum lesson studio is based out of Waterdown, Ontario, where students are able to learn and play on acoustic drums to ensure the “real feel” of playing this great instrument.
With student ages ranging from 6 to 65 years old, we’re never too old to learn music. I will ensure that lessons are customized to individual abilities as well as skill levels.
Everyone learns at their own pace, and the environment of the my drum lessons is a great setting for this teaching approach.
Lessons will include:
- Opportunities to learn fundamental reading
- Charting
- Music skills to move all to new heights in their playing abilities.
In addition, all will have the opportunity to learn first-hand, live playing situational drumming.
