Zigaboo’s drumming style was strongly influenced by New Orleans second line rhythms and as a result he had a beautifully unique style.
His hi-hat patterns were often very broken which makes them seem more complex when learning. He always displayed a greasy, loose swing feel which creates a very funky effect.
