Welcome to the You Make It Feel Like Christmas Drum Notation. This is the full drum sheet music for a lovely, upbeat Christmas song by Gwen Stefani featuring Blake Shelton.
You can learn the drum part precisely note for note here and there’s some fun aspects to it. Overall it’s quite simple with a lot of repetition. First you have to notice that it is swung. It also starts with the use of both feet between the kick and hi-hat peddle.
As it progresses to the chorus there is a nice triplet fill and then the backbeat is introduced. And those two grooves (verse and chorus) are the only grooves. In amongst it we have a few triplet fills and some tasteful groove variations.
